Bruce was excellent in every area. He really understands South Bend and since we had moved out of the area he not only served as our selling agent but really looked after our home throughout the process. He checked the garden was being looked after, and generally made sure that our home remained in good order. He also went above and beyond during the selling and closing and really became a friend because of how he handled the process.
